About Jonathan Flicker, CPT, CES
My career as a fitness professional began twenty-five years ago, but my journey in fitness started long before that — in a small gym in Manhattan, where my father introduced me to strength training at the age of three. In truth, he couldn’t afford a babysitter, so he brought me along. As a scrawny, bullied kid on the Lower East Side, lifting gave me confidence, control, and a sense of identity that’s stuck with me ever since Read More
Real Results from Clients
“My favorite things about working with Jonathan are that he treats me like an athlete and always challenges me to do more than I thought I was capable of. Unlike any other trainer I’ve worked with, he isn’t only focused on strength training; he emphasizes the importance of cardio and mobility as well. Last, but not least, he’s a great guy to be around. He’s smart, funny, and very professional. I can’t recommend him enough!”
Ellen Coleman, 57, CFO
“I was a high school and college athlete, and Jonathan helped me retain some of my old form and strength. He is thoughtful, careful, and very talented in designing a proper exercise program and overseeing the form and execution of every movement. I now have several disability issues, and despite that, Jonathan has been able to get me into shape. I strongly recommend training with him. ”
Jeff Berg, 76, Attorney.
“Jonathan’s expertise as a trainer, blending physiology and fitness knowledge with empathetic training methods, is unmatched. His approach ensures that he guides you toward reaching your fullest potential. Not a lot of coaches have the kindness, patience, and understanding as he does, and it’s why I trained with him for over sixteen years!”
Alan Kenney, 56, Marketing Executive
“Where do I even begin? Jonathan single-handedly transformed my body. I told him I wanted a dancer’s body, and he confidently let me know he could help - and he did. Within weeks, I started seeing results, and I always look forward to my next session thanks to his knowledge and patience.”

A concierge fitness trainer is exactly what it sounds like—personal training without the hassle. I come to you, or you come to my private studio. I build your program from scratch, based on your goals, your injuries, your schedule, and your life. No gyms, no guesswork, no distractions. Just high-level coaching, wherever you are.

We start with a consultation, movement assessment, and body composition analysis—either at your home or at my private studio. From there, I build a customized program based on your goals, injuries, schedule, and equipment. Whether you’re starting from scratch or have years of training behind you, I tailor everything to your current level. Most clients train with me 2–3 times per week. Everything is built around you and your individual needs.

Consistency is everything—and it’s exactly where most people struggle. I’m your partner in this journey, and I make sure the process is exciting and enjoyable. I help you build momentum through small, meaningful wins—so training becomes something you want to do, not something you “have to” do. Over the years, I’ve watched countless clients go from dreading workouts to making training a natural, energizing part of their lives. My goal is to make this the most consistent and successful you’ve ever been.
